Haha I know a lot of people who need this. Lovely idea, very similar to a Google Labs application that you can activate in your gmail, that stops you sending a mail during certain hours unless you can solve a simple maths problem. Genius!

Especially people that drunk tweet like 50 tweets over the course of the night..We really don’t wanna know every club u went to, who you hooked up with and what you were drinking! Finally they can be stopped! LOL
