There’s a special connection some of us in the office have with Kenny F’in Powers. His character is at once repulsive and pitiful, and through your mixture of horror and pity – he is incredibly funny. He could honestly be one of the most selfish characters to appear on television and yet he is somewhat of a hero. If you have never watched Eastbound and Down, do yourself a favour and start with Season 1. It’s laugh out loud funny and incredibly compelling.

Unfortunately this is the last season of Eastbound and Down they will be making, but maybe that’s a good thing. Too many TV shows go on for too long and stop being funny / relevant / watchable.
